This
Distributor Agreement is entered into force on 15th., Mar., 2018’ between
EFORE SpA and HIFINE (CHINA) CO., LTD.
The
Distributor wishes to act as EFORE’s distributor and shall market, service and
sell the products made available for resale by EFORE.
NOW,
THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promised contained herein and the
covenants, conditions and provisions hereinafter set forth, the parties to this
Distributor Agreement intending to be legally bound, agress as follows:
