Fischer Connectors Asia Ltd. (“Fischer”) confirms that HIFINE (CHINA) CO., LTD.& HIFINE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD. is an authorized distributor of Fischer to sell Fischer Products within the territory of China and Hong Kong, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Distribution Agreement dated Dec., 1st. 2017 between Fischer and HIFINE.

香港菲茨连接器亚洲有限公司（“Fischer”） 在此确认 辉耀（中国）有限公司 和 上海辉发实业发展有限公司（“辉耀”）为Fischer的授权代理商，依照Fischer与辉耀于2016年4月25日签署的经销商协议条款，准许辉耀在中国大陆和香港地区销售Fischer产品。  

Fischer Products include and not limited to Connectors, Cable Assembly & Custom Solutions, and any products manufactured by Fischer or Fischer’s affiliates which Fischer May supply to HIFINE .

Fischer产品包括但不限于连接器, 线缆, 客制方案，以及其他任何由Fischer或其关联公司生产的向辉耀供应的产品。 

This certificate is valid for one (3) year from the date of this letter, however, during the term of authorization, Fischer shall have the right to revoke the authorization granted hereunder at its own discretion and assume no liability for such revocation.

此授权从签署日起三年有效。Fischer在有效期内有权撤销授权并对此撤销不承担任何责任。
